These present terms are the contract of sale between the consumer or other client using web-shop JOIK.EU and JOIK OÜ (hereinafter referred JOIK or seller).
If you shop in our web-shop, you agree to these terms.
Web-shop is not intended for buyers with reselling purposes. For wholesale inquiries please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
JOIK reserves the right to change prices and herby terms at any time without prior notice. JOIK will not change unilaterally prices nor terms for already placed orders or made contracts.
Descriptions of the products and prices are shown next to each product. All prices are given in euros and include Estonian VAT.
Select the desired products and add them to the cart also selecting the quantity of products. The contents of the shopping cart can be reviewed at any time by clicking on the cart icon at the header of page.
When all selected products are in your cart, move on to the next page and accurately fill in all the fields nocessary for quick and accurate shipment. Fields marked with a star * are mandatory to fulfill.
All orders made in JOIK webshop are shipped via DHL Worldwide Express.
For your order you can pay by card payment via EveryPay payment service. EveryPay is JOIK’s official provider of payment solutions certified by Visa and MasterCard.
Before proceeding to payment, make sure that selected products, amounts and prices are correct.
Before selecting the payment method you must agree to the terms and conditions of sale. Confirm your order and you will be forwarded to the selected payment form.
In case you have some comments about your order, please write them to the remarks section in the shopping cart.
After confirmation of payment, we send you the purchase confirmation e-mail regarding your order.
Always check carefully that all your inserted data is correct. Errors may cause the delay or even loss of order.
Sometimes we offer discounts that require special vouchers. If you have such a voucher, enter the exact text of the voucher to the "voucher" field in the shopping cart and then press "OK".

The shipping cost for orders to Europe is 9,90 €.
We offer free shipping for European shipments if the order exceeds 60€.

Time of dispatch and Delivery time:
All orders are delivered via DHL Worldwide Express.
The delivery times vary according to your location. Usually the delivery time is between 4-8 working days, but for some destinations the delivery time can be longer.
The delivery time does not include delays caused by possible customs clearance if shipping outside the European Union. Any shipments within the European Union will not require any customs or duties to be paid.
We dispatch the order usually within 1-3 working days, during busy seasons the dispatch time can be longer.
Please note that any order placed on a weekend or public holiday will not be processed until the next working day.
Should there be any delay or problem with your order, we will contact you immediately by e-mail.
Taxes and other duties
When ordering to a destination outside the European Union additional taxes and duties can apply upon reciept of your order.
All these duties and taxes, as well as customs clearance prcedures are to be paid for and handled by the recipient. JOIK is not responsible for informing the customers of such additional costs or procedures and will not refund any such costs to the customer.
Any shipments within the European Union will not require any customs or duties to be paid.
You can pay for your order by card payment.
The card payment service is provided by EveryPay. Everypay supports VISA and MasterCard Credit and Debit cards. Maestro and Visa Electron cards are not supported.
EveryPay is JOIK’s official provider of payment solutions certified by Visa and MasterCard. EveryPay is a secure service that is mediated by AS LHV Pank.
If you choose card payment you will be directed to EveryPay payment page where you can make your payment.
Consumers right of withdrawal
According to the law, the consumer has the right to withdraw the contract within 14 days from receipt in case products are unused and packages are not broken/damaged.
The right of withdrawal is only for consumers, that means for natural person who concludes a transaction not related to independent economic or professional activities. All other persons are not considered as consumers.
The precondition for the right of withdrawal is that products have not been handled in a way that differs from the way products would be handled in case of a physical store.
The consumer cannot use the right of withdrawal if she opens a sealed package of a cosmetic product which makes it impossible for the seller to offer the product to a next customer.
NB: to preserve the right of withdrawal, open the boxes and other packing carefully, and do not open the packages that are sealed for protection and where the removal of such seal would damage the packaging.
In the situation where the products, by their nature, cannot be returned by normal post, the consumer bears the costs of returning the goods.
The consumer must return the products to the seller within 14 days of the application for withdrawal.
If you have withdrawn from the contract and sent back the ordered products, JOIK will reimburse to you the amount paid for the products and original delivery cost within 14 days of the receipt of withdrawal application.
The consumer bears the costs of delivery when returning the products. The seller will not reimburse the costs of returning delivery.

Legal remedies for consumers
The consumer can relay upon non-compliance of the object of contract with the terms and conditions of the contract on the legal remedies provided by law: require performance of the obligation, withhold performance of an obligation which is due from the obligee, demand compensation for damage, withdraw from or cancel the contract, reduce the price in the case of a delay in the performance of a monetary obligation, demand payment of a penalty for late payment.
The consumer has right to recourse to a body settling extra-judicial complaints and disputes. The instructions are in the Estonian Consumer Protection Board website.
JOIK always checks all products before dispatching them, however, if you discover that the received goods are damaged, you never should use them and inform us by e-mail or in written form as soon as possible, but not later than within two months from the receipt of products.
If products have defects due to our fault, we repair, replace or reimburse the defective products in an amount that you have paid in our web-shop.
Do not use damaged products. Such use is buyer's sole responsibility. We cannot compensate or replace damaged products, when products have been used.
The seller is liable for any lack of conformity of a product which exists at the time when product is delivered to the consumer.
In the event of consumer sale, the seller is liable for any lack of conformity of a thing which becomes apparent within two years as of the date of delivery of the product to the consumer. In the event of consumer sale, it is presumed that any lack of conformity which becomes apparent within six months as of the date of delivery of a thing to the purchaser already existed before the delivery of the thing, unless such presumption is contrary to the nature of the thing or the deficiency.
Please note that many of our products are with limited period of use and therefore it is not possible to rely on lack of conformity if the product’s best before date is over.
We ensure that if the products have been stored in usual conditions, they can be used according to the manufacturer's recommendations for their intended purpose until the arrival of 'best before' deadline.
It is very important to carefully follow directions for use and other safety requirements which are published on our website or are enclosed with the products. We are not liable for any damage that occurred when the product was not used as intended, user does not follow the instructions given by the manufacturer or any other safety requirements or the product is used after the expiry of 'best before' date.
Safety of candles
Always carefully follow the safety instructions when burning candles. Safety pictograms and use instructions are also on the label under the candle glass.
The candle wick must be always 0,5 cm long and clean during lighting or burning. In case candle distributes smoke or flame is too big, the wick is too long or unclean. It is dangerous and prohibited to burn candle in this state. Put the candle off and cut wick to the size.
Do not burn a candle more than 3 hours at a time. Trim the wick before next burning up to 0,5 cm.
Always burn candle on a heat proof surface away from objects that can catch fire.
Be careful when moving burning candle – the class can be hot.
Keep the burning candle out of reach of children and pets.
Do not burn a candle in a draught.
Never leave burning candle unattended!
Safety of cosmetics
Any use of cosmetics requires consideration of your skin type and health condition. If you feel that the use of the product makes you feel any way worse than usual, stop using the product immediately and please inform us about it.
JOIK ensures that all the ingredients in the products comply with the requirements of the European Union and all the ingredients are marked on product packages. Carefully study the ingredients list on the packaging, JOIK cannot be held responsible for problems that can occur on the basis of personal intolerance or mismatch.
